  Horrible experience- second time that this store does not deliver what was ordered. Ordered 4 pizzas and delivered 2, then no one picks up the phone. No manager on site that is responsible for what is going on in the store. Do not order from this store. You will not be able to eat your order. Plus you will wait for ever on the phone trying to get them on the phone. Horrible customer service

  Always have a good experience here. Pizza is hot, orders are right, and the staff is cool. Xavier is the man, always friendly and seems to actually care about quality. You can tell he works hard and keeps things running smoothly.

  Ordered a large pizza with green peppers and some chicken wings. Items were delivered without issue. The food looked good and tasted fresh. Up to there, everything was fine. We ate some and saved the rest, most of the pizza for later. I took up a few slices to reheat in oven, and Sat down to eat. As I was dipping the crust into the garlic sauce and chewing a bite I felt something pull out of the crust that I was holding up. Baked inside the crust, to my utter shock, was a long black hair. Considering it went through an oven, I would say the hair is about 5-6 inches long and thin. It may have been longer but shrunk as it cooked. This is as disgusting an experience as anyone can have. People who handle food for others should, under the law, wear hair nets, hats, gloves, aprons, etc. This is done precisely so that hair and skin, nails or sweat and or other skin bacteria DO NOT END UP IN THE FOOD THAT CUSTOMERS CONSUME. I went to the Papa John's website and put that in a complaint survey which most likely will go nowhere. So I'm writing this here, where the store operator, manager or even owner, in case it is a franchise, sees it. This pertains to an online order of a large pizza with green peppers, requested to be well done (baked crunchier) and chicken wings. I am truly disgusted and disappointed with this experience that we ended up throwing all the remaining food away. At a time when every dollar counts, and expensive food is only becoming more expensive, to order food and eat food that has been tainted with someone's hair is really a horrific way to end an evening at the dinner table. I would not recommend this store or any product bought at it. It may look good, taste good but it could have hair or other things in the food. Management should definitely be aware. The next complaint goes to the health department. I may be inconvenienced, but someone else won't become sick or worse. This is not good business practice.
