  Said ready when I haven't even picked it up. Different from other places I've ordered garlic parnasan, seems to have a thick paste.

  I placed an order online and never recieved the pizza. When I called the restaurant they acted like I was lying and the delivery driver started arguing through he phone saying he had delivered it to me. Lord knows who he delivered this to. This is so unprofessional and a shame never ordering here again.

  I rarely leave reviews like this, but people should know about this experience. My pizza arrived with a sauce container that was already OPEN, appeared used, and had LEAKED DIRECTLY ONTO THE PIZZA. At that point, I had no way of knowing who opened it, whether it had been previously used, or how it had been handled. I was completely grossed out and did not feel comfortable eating the pizza. I called the store numerous times and spent approximately 25 minutes on hold trying to get the issue resolved. I requested a refund because, after receiving food in that condition, I did not want another pizza from this location or to wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. The person I spoke with identified himself as the manager but REFUSED to provide his name. Instead of taking a sanitation complaint seriously, he became hostile, used profanity, and accused me of trying to get “free food.” I wasn’t asking for free food. I wanted a refund for food I did not feel was safe or sanitary to eat. The condition of the order was bad enough, but the manager’s behavior made the experience much worse. Customers should be able to report a legitimate sanitation concern without being cursed at or accused of dishonesty. I’ve reported the incident to Papa Johns corporate and asked them to identify the manager on duty and investigate. Please inspect your order carefully before eating from this location.

  Pizza here is amazing but everyone and everything else falls short. We ordered pick up and they gave our order away to someone else. When we said we would wait and re-ordered, they didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and say the food was ready. Total lack of customer service.

  Twice I’ve had undercooked pizza from this location. Delivery driver was quick and polite but the food was unacceptable. Had one bite and I couldn’t eat anymore.
