Today's brunch was @pannastores in Doral! I went with the Criollo Breakfast: two scrambled eggs, shredded beef, black beans topped with shredded paisa cheese, sweet plantains, and an arepa. To drink, I had a mango smoothie. This breakfast was so good. Everything on the plate had great flavor, but the shredded beef was easily my favorite part. It was tender, well-seasoned, and I found myself wanting more with every bite. I decided to mix the shredded paisa cheese into the black beans, and that ended up being a great decision. The cheese made the beans even better. They said it would be on top of the anyway, lol. The sweet plantains added the perfect touch of sweetness to balance all of the savory flavors, and the hot, steamy arepa was perfect for soaking up every last bite on the plate. And yes... another mango smoothie. 😂 I guess I'm officially on a mango kick because I can't stop ordering them. It was refreshing and the perfect drink to go with brunch. Overall, this was a delicious breakfast and a great way to start the day. This place is Cheffrey Approved ✅️!
