  We had such a great time dining at NUNA Miami! The Arroz con Mariscos was packed with flavor and seafood, while the Wagyu & Truffled Dumplings were tender and had a lovely hint of truffle. The Chicken & Miso Yakitori was juicy with a tasty glaze, and the Matsutake Okonomiyaki was savory and satisfying. The Surf & Turf Saltado was hearty and comforting, and the Kakigori was light, sweet, and a nice way to finish the meal. The menu has a fun mix of Japanese and Latin flavors, and every dish was presented beautifully. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and overall experience at NUNA!

Their Miami Spice menu is easily one of the most elevated in the city. Beyond the stellar cuisine, a visit to NUNA is made complete by Miguel Carrillo, whose warmth and expert menu recommendations truly elevate the evening. Culinary Highlights: Appetizers: smoky Chicken & Miso Yakitori. Mains: Savory Surf & Turf Saltado with truffled potatoes; one of a kind wagyu beef and truffle dumplings. Dessert: Light flan and decadent 70% Cacao. World-class hospitality, vibrant Nikkei flavors which remind me of my years in Japan and top-tier ambiance, highly recommended!

  the food was good, not great. the wagyu dumplings came with a sauce on the side that was tasty, but was the highlight of the dish versus the wagyu. the surf n turf came served in a deliciously flavored tomato-based stew, but with a sad portion of lobster (2 small bites). the rest of the menu was mostly japanese influenced, so nigiri and maki, but nothing that particularly stood out. the cacao dessert was very underwhelming (mostly cream). overall, we would maybe return for a lunch outdoors because it looked like a beautiful area to visit (outside seating is only open for lunch/brunch).

  What a lovely and elegant restaurant for a romantic dinner, located inside the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. With a beautiful sushi bar, cocktail bar, and DJ creating the perfect classy vibe, it is truly a wonderful place to enjoy a special evening. Our culinary experience was exceptional from start to finish. The warm amuse-bouche soup was a delicious way to begin the evening. The crispy breadsticks and butter were a simple but enjoyable touch. The Wagyu dumplings with truffle were presented in a completely unique style and tasted absolutely amazing. The tiger prawn tempura was on a whole different level—savory, beautifully prepared, and deliciously presented. The Maguro was equally impressive, with a unique preparation and presentation. The catch of the day, Bluefin tuna, was fresh and tasted excellent. The Junmai sake was the perfect pairing for our meal. Overall, we absolutely loved the dinner and enjoyed every moment at this lovely place. A perfect combination of outstanding food, elegant atmosphere, great cocktails, music, and friendly hospitality. Definitely a wonderful choice for a romantic and memorable evening! 🍣🥂✨
