  A bit underwhelming, especially for McDonalds. Both order screens in the drive-thru are broken making it impossible to see current pricing or new items. Generally nice staff, but facilities are always dirty and food is typically cold upon arrival.

  Absolute worst. Morning crew can't even get the coffee right. Cold and watered down. Terrible, lazy customer service and McDonald's corporate wasn't any better with their AI responses and lack of care.

  We waited 18 minutes after ordering in drive thru to receive our food. Food was cold, fries limp and soggy. We asked for ketchup packets and the girl said they don’t have those. Worst McDonalds ever been to.

  This was my second terrible experience at this location, and unfortunately it confirmed that my first visit was not an isolated incident but a reflection of the standard here. The unprofessionalism and rudeness appear to start with management and carry over to the rest of the staff. During my first visit, I used the drive-through and was met with an employee who was extremely rude. I chose not to judge the location based on one bad experience because everyone can have an off day. Today, however, I decided to go inside, and the experience was just as bad, if not worse. I waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. After waiting another 20 minutes for my order, I politely asked whether drive-through orders were being prioritized, since all of the staff’s attention seemed to be focused there. An employee responded with a rude “yes.” Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager came over, asked the employee what was wrong rather than asking me, and then spoke to me dismissively and without any apology. Rather than taking responsibility, she simply said they were busy and that I needed to understand. To make matters worse, a customer who ordered after me received his food before I did. When I finally received my order, I asked for the manager’s name, the other employee’s name, and the corporate number, and they refused to provide any of them. This location is poorly managed, discourteous, and clearly lacks basic customer service standards. After two consistently unpleasant experiences, I will not be returning.

  This Mc Donald’s franchise is a rip off. They sell a vanilla cone for $3.19 ( the price of an ice cream gallon at windixie, same plaza) . While just two miles away at McDonald’s franchise by bird road and 82nd Ave is priced for $1.99. Beside that is been more than a month that their screen is broken, showing no food, and no price and the staff gets up set when you ask them to dictate and to repeat the menu. I wonder what going on there??👀
