  This place is horrible with customer service i went there 5:45am and a few car were in the drive thur and no one answered and just let the line build up, ppl even honk to get their attention and the workers inside did nothing so everyone was leavin out the line, not sure if a supervisor was on duty but if it was then they are just as bad as the workers. I would not recommend this place(got the nerve to say they deserve a raise..yea right! Not wit that type of customer service)

  Poor service - the associates working here moved with no purpose - left without receiving my order - it was only 2 diet cokes

  Horrible service provided ordered online on the app they forgot to add sausage that came with meal plus the additional one and when provided with the app info they said it comes with one can’t see extra add one , went out and dug the receipt from trash to prove I had added one they shrugged it off proceeded to make me wait ten minutes to give me one patty yet again still missing one , horrible communication and customer service

  While I typically do not frequent fast food chains, I seldom have a poor experience with staff. This particular location however, has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any venue. They lady at the window practically threw the bag of food into my window and proceeded to slam the window shut before I could finish asking for a sauce they forgot. That followed by her berating me as if I made mistake by asking for a sauce when she slammed the window shut before. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
