  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The app allowed me to place an order, and Google showed this location as open 24 hours. When I arrived around 12:00 AM, the employees were all sitting inside on their phones and refused to serve any of the customers waiting outside. They claimed the restaurant was “closed” and said they would reopen later, but could not provide a clear explanation as to why they were not serving customers despite being inside the restaurant. If this location is not actually operating 24 hours, the hours on Google and in the McDonald’s app should be updated to reflect that. Customers should not be allowed to place orders or waste their time driving there if the staff has no intention of providing service.

  Este es Mcdonald's mas malo al que yo he ido en toda mi vida. Empezando por los empleados que son unos incompetentes. Les pides algo y te dan otra cosa, tienen muy mala atención al cliente, le dices algo y te miran con mala cara, aparte super sucio. A pesar de que es el que más cerca me queda de mi casa no pienso ir más nunca en mi vida. Quieres pasar un mal rato de disgusto??? Ven a este McDonalds.

  It's okay depending on the day and time you go. Also I would like to point out I ordered a smoothie. They cleared it on there screen where they see orders and I still didn't get my smoothie until I had to ask for hit for the 6th time 20 minutes later. This would all be resolved if they didn't print the receipt as soon as it popped up on there screen to get good times on the computer

  Usually I am satisfied with the staff here. The drive through staff are friendly. Today I ordered on the app and I was asked to park in spot one so I did. I waited a few minutes no big deal. This woman with blonde hair brings the food and slings it in my window. I even told her thank you have a good day. The order wasn’t even right. I’m just pissed at the lack of acknowledgment. I understand it’s hot and you don’t like your job but don’t throw food at me.
