  This is one of my favorite places to visit, and the food here is excellent. However, I had an awful experience here today. I come here two or three times every week. All the staff I have met before are warm and friendly. Today, I placed my order via the self-service kiosk and headed to the pickup counter, where I was assisted by a male staff member. I could clearly feel his unfriendly gaze the moment he saw me. Was it merely because I am Chinese? After he handed me my food, I asked him for two packets of ketchup and one packet of chili sauce. He looked annoyed, turned around and only gave me the chili sauce, then rudely told me that ketchup had already been put in the bag. I chose to let it go and went to my seat to unpack my meal. To my surprise, the fries container was placed upside down in the bag. I could not take it out easily, so the fries spilled onto other food boxes. I had to tear open the paper bag, take out the rest of my food, and eat the scattered fries on the paper. What’s worse, there was no ketchup inside at all. As a customer, I was denied basic respect. As an Asian person, I feel I was subjected to racial discrimination by this man. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant that I love so much. I went to the counter and told him there was no ketchup in my bag. He said unhappily that I should have selected it when ordering, but regular customers all know only one type of sauce is allowed per combo meal, and choosing chili sauce rules out ketchup. Yet every time I ordered meals with fries here before, staff would always add two packs of ketchup for me. His bad attitude made me very upset. People who show no respect to others do not deserve respect in return. Later, a female staff member noticed I was upset and came to ask what was wrong. I told her everything that had happened. She was extremely nice and offered to replace my fries with a new portion. I refused, as I hate wasting food, and told her I was fine. I sincerely appreciate her kindness, which is exactly the proper attitude that service industry workers should possess. I have always thought highly of all other staff members here. I still remember that I once nearly fainted due to low blood sugar when buying breakfast here, and these kind female staff took good care of me. I am truly grateful to them. What happened next was even more ridiculous. I finished most of my food and ran out of napkins, so I asked him for two. He directly replied coldly: “We don’t have any.” I was totally shocked that he refused to give me just two napkins. In the end, it was that friendly female staff who gave me napkins. I have no idea whether he is a manager or holds another position here. Even if he were the owner, he has no right to treat customers in such a rude way. It is truly hard to understand. I used to give this restaurant full five-star reviews, but this man’s behavior is absolutely terrible. He fully deserves a negative review!

  My pick up order was sitting there and it’s not like I can just walk into the staff area to get it.. so I had to wait for a long time for a worker to come out of the food prep area and hand me my order

  I love McDonalds. I truly do, it's my favorite restaurant. But. When I tell you the smell coming out of the mens bathroom leaked out of the stall and into the food I was eating, I am not lying. The whole restaurant was very confused, some people wanted to see where it was coming from, nothing wrong with that. Mind you, this is a male bathroom. When I tell you that a dragon walked into the bathroom, I would be lying. BUT! When I tell you that 3 women walked into that bathroom, I would be telling the truth. I don't lie to my viewers. Then, the resturant was in shock!!! WHY WOULD SO MANY WOMEN BE IN THAT BATHROOM??? I was perplexed, confused even. Then the door opened. "Who made the smell???" HIM.

  Literally a burger fell on the floor while they’re bringing it and then I asked them to change it a white Latino guy said okay went to back and I watched all of it he acted like he changed it and trued to give me the same freaking burger and I said are you joking you’ve didn’t even change it what’s wrong w yall and manager came literally 30 seconds later and tried to give me the same burger same packaging and everything and said I’ve changed it cuban lady changed it for you which is crazy and not smth good for standards the guy in the photo and the lady aswell 681 was my order number and this incident happened on 05/03/2026 7.55 pm

  This McDonald's is always super clean when I walk in. I just had coffee today. The only issue I have is when people bring their dogs into public places, especially if they are not friendly. I never touch anyone's pets even when they comebupnto me , I just don't. These woman had her dog in McDonald's and he lounged at me and barked and growled, she gave me a dirty look and said don't touch him. I wanted to say something nasty to her but I held my tongue and just looked at her. I get it you want to take your pets every where with you but, at least get him some home training.
