  The service at this place is the absolute worst. Today, I went to pick up an order for my daughters; the three employees on duty had all the customers waiting while they just walked back and forth without attending to anyone. When they finally handed over the order—which I checked on the spot—it was incomplete; they had only provided one of the two orders I had placed. Speaking personally as a customer, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is the worst in all of Miami. I tell people: do not come here to shop, because the staff at this place simply does not want to work.

  They charged me for an extra hash brown that I did not request, I asked for a $5 meal. When I brought up the concern to the window they said ALL SALES ARE FINAL and would not refund me my money. I was literally robbed from an institution that makes millions. I have never heard of a restaurant that did not right their wrongs. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady said she was the morning shift manager and showed me on the receipt that all sales are final. Very unprofessional and will not be retuning.
