  McDonald's should teach at least basic education to these staff....besides that is fly all around, inside....I don’t blame the specific employees, it's the managments responsable for this

  Pésimo servicio, el restaurante estaba lleno de papeles en el piso y las mesas sucias. Ordenamos para dos personas y recibimos un sándwiches de pollo completamente quemado. Le preguntamos a los trabajadores y nos respondieron que no lo podían cambiar porque todos estabas saliendo así. Otros clientes estuvieron esperando por su comida más de 15 min y finalmente la recibieron con ítems de menos. La atención al cliente fue muy decepcionante. Los costumers son totalmente ignorados en este restaurante. Recomendación 0 para este lugar.

  "Unacceptable service. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that wasn't even being prepared, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. There was no excuse for such a long delay. I ended up having to ask for a refund and left without my food. Very poorly managed location."

  Good morning, I am a frequent customer at the McDonald’s located at 11575 Quail Roost Dr in Miami, FL. I usually stop by between 6:40 and 6:45 AM on my way to work to purchase a McCafé macchiato. Unfortunately, almost every time I go, the McCafé machine is in cleaning mode and unavailable. I completely understand that the machine must be cleaned daily for hygiene and safety reasons, and I truly appreciate that. However, since this happens consistently around the same time, I would like to respectfully suggest scheduling the automatic cleaning cycle earlier, around 5:00 AM, when there are typically fewer customers. The current timing affects customers who rely on early morning coffee before work. I hope management can review this scheduling to better serve morning customers. Thank you for your attention.
