  En el día hoy sábado 04/25/2026 a las 2:22 de la tarde fuy a realizar mi pedido para llevar me dijeron espera un momento el cual el momento fue 45 min y se pusieron a tender por el otra lado a los vehículos que llegaron mucho después de mi me párese una gran falta de respeto y cuando entró a reclamar más de 5 personas sin hacer nada se encuentran conversando cuando doy las quejas grita una Jesús no se si es el manager del tierno me párese que pueden botar a todos por que son de lo peor ni saben a tender y es un lugar de comida rápida no es para tomarse tanto tiempo para brindar el servicio

  Visited on the evening of 4/24/26 and was honestly disturbed by the manager’s behavior. He was an older Hispanic man and was aggressively micromanaging staff in a rude, demeaning, and frankly disgusting way; hovering over a younger employee with curly hair and criticizing his every move, while also belittling a woman working the drive-through. His tone and actions were disrespectful and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It was so bad that even an Uber driver stepped in to confront him about how he was treating the staff. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

  I just left this McDonald’s. I decided to bring my daughter after school to have some dinner and play at the playground. The young man who took my order was SO SWEET and very attentive which was nice. I am writing this review because I went up to the register 3 separate times and the abuse that I noticed from the two female managers was so sad. One of them was younger, maybe mid 30’s with dark reddish hair. The other one was shorter and older and had a ver raspy voice. They were so angry with the staff and it was so awkward to see how they treated them. It made me feel uncomfortable. They weren’t wearing their name tags so I can’t be more specific but it’s really sad to see employees being treated this way. This was the staff from 6 - 7:30. I want to point out that the gentlemen that took our order who was young had dark super curly hair and his attitude was so refreshing. Even when he was being treated like garbage he managed to maintain a positive customer relation. If my daughter worked here and I saw this interaction between managers and employees, I would immediately tell her to quit. It’s sickening. DO BETTER.

  I came in at 8pm and the employees were super busy and handing out won't food. I bought my meal with orange juice and they put ice on it, who drinks orange juice with ice when theirs is suppose to be very cold. I asked them to change it, they did and it was extremely warm! It was room temp. I asked the Manager for a Sprite instead. Overall, the place is very clean and they do try to give good service, that why I have them 4 stars and not 5.

  I do not like to post negative reviews, but my experience this morning was inexcusable. I ordered two coffees from the drive-through and paid immediately without issue. I pulled up to the second window of which I was told to go park in space #1. They clearly forgot about me as I must’ve seen another 15 to 20 cars go through the drive-through and I’m sure they were served coffee in the vast majority of them. I waited 15 minutes until I had to go inside and find out what the situation was when they clearly prepared to copies for me acting like I was next. Then they didn’t even prepare the one coffee the way I’d asked with cream and Spenda which I didn’t even notice until I got into my car and then once again had to go in Get what I needed. At that point, the manager asked me what I needed, and I explained my displeasure. Barely an apology and could not give me an explanation of why I was so inconvenienced. Also, no offer to even make amends like something as simple as here’s a coupon for a free coffee. I literally go to McDonald’s every morning, but never again McDonald’s. I can’t afford the loss of time like this.
