  I spent 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order and then was asked to wait another 10 minutes in the drive through parking. They gave me an extra McFlurry as a “gift” but giggled suspiciously as they gave it to me. Afterwards I finally received my order, and they forgot to give me part of my order. The service at this location has gone absolutely downhill.

  Ordered a meal off the McDonald’s app for curbside pickup, when I got to the restaurant the app glitched and didn’t let me choose a cusbside spot and told me to go inside. I went inside and told person working the front register that I had an online order that glitched and then gave the order number. He said “yea it’ll be out”. 20min later, no food. I asked one of the ladies to check my order number and at first she was acting rude and had an attitude because I stopped her to ask for my order. My order had been sitting there when she checked and then she tried to explain to me what the issue was. I then told her I understand but I told the front cashier my order number >15min ago so that’s not the case. When I pointed out the guy, she started apologizing. Too late after the rude behavior. And worst of all my food is >20mim cold. Time wasted, money spent on cold food, and treated poorly. 0/10 experience
