- KHK HMay 11, 20263.0Food was good but one of the unisex restroom was a MESS. Toilet tissue was scattered next to the toilet. An employee and a shift manager use the restroom and never cleaned the restroom. The water wasn’t working and no soap and they both went back to the kitchen to work. No sign in the rest for employees to wash their hands. I may think twice about visiting this location again.

The employees seem indifferent, and the manager appears even less concerned about providing customers with a positive experience. McDonald’s service continues to decline while the prices keep going up. Their refill policy is also completely absurd. You truly can’t make this stuff up. So unprofessional all around.

When I asked about it, the cashier in training was polite, but another employee named Victoria responded very rudely, raised her voice, and made faces while insisting it was the correct size. I asked for a manager, but instead of apologizing, they refilled the same cup and reused the same lid after it had already been handled multiple times. That felt very unhygienic, so I chose not to drink it. I come to this McDonald’s often, but this was a very disappointing experience. The trainee cashier was the only one who was respectful.
