  I went with my son to get a Happy Meal because he collects the Mario toys. They advertise the Happy Meal with the Mario toy promotion, but when they bring your order, they tell you they don’t have any Mario toys. What’s going on with that?

  I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s a couple days ago. I placed an online order for three sandwiches at 10:15, and after waiting 15 minutes, there was still nothing ready. When I asked about it, I was told they didn’t even get my order. So I showed them my online receipt. But things got even more confusing when a staff memeber without a nametag kept insisting they were out of bagels- yet somehow I eventually received sandwiches which included bagels. When I asked for a refund due to them not having it, they refused. After more waiting, I was finally given my order… except it only included two sandwiches. When I pointed out I was missing a sandwich, the employee gave attitude and again claimed they had no bagels. Only after pushing back and requesting a refund for the missing item did they finally hand over the third sandwich which included a bagel. Leaving me confused on why she kept saying they had no bagels. The entire process took way longer than it should have, and the customer service throughout was disappointing and infuriating. Definitely not coming back to this McDonald's.

  The manager should be fired. Genius has a 20 min lineup. The drive through and yells at employees for putting in breakfast after 11 even though people were there earlier than that.

  I got so sick from eating here. Cashier couldn't get my code to work so I didn't get the deal. The fries were uncooked or pale looking and tasted like perfume. The burger had so much ketchup my bread almost flew back into the 90's .. no but seriously it was sliding all over the place, literally almost dropped it . Standed at the counter for a few minutes while the employees laughed in the kitchen and this location doesn't have a machine accessable to customers. Bad service and bad food. Double whammy.

  I've been coming to this McDonald's for years with no issues. However, I just received my quarter pounder with cheese order, and it was a plain patty with bacon - not sure where the bacon came from?? It tasted fine, but this is more than just a minor error which is why I'm leaving this review. Please do better, this location has always been decent and I hate to see it going downhill.
