  The guava and creme pie was amazing. Very busy location. Wasn't too thrilled when the worker wearing red and yellow slammed my order on the counter after verifying my ticket number. You also have to ask to use the restrooms since they are locked. The outside of the building was very unique and cool.

  Si no ordenas primero los alimentos no puedes utilizar el baño. Mejor dicho tienes que comer primero y después hacer las necesidades

  The staff was very friendly but there’s no free sauces you have to pay $0.40 per sauce even though you order an entree.

  Very bad service. Ask for table service but an old lady employee comes to our table and keeps complaining for the table service. She said she does not offer table service. 😵‍💫

  Very bad experience at this McDonald’s. We went in to use our reward points for a free cone and also had a 40% off promotion for a McFlurry. The manager rudely told us we could not use both together, so we suggested placing two separate orders. Even then, she kept changing what she was saying and contradicting herself. She was extremely disrespectful, raising her voice, pointing at us, and speaking to us with a rude attitude in front of other customers. When we asked about the missing cone, she abruptly said she had canceled it. We then asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager. The worst part was that we lost our reward points, and when we asked for help, she simply said she did not know what to do. To make matters worse, she shut the counter window in our faces. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I hope corporate addresses this issue and improves customer service at this location.
