Caesar salad, Sea scallops and huge king crab truffle gnocchi and lobster mac sides were all excellent. Crab cake, fried calamari (sweet chili sauce) and wagyu meatball were good. Also loved the bread service (pretzle).

Exceptional night at Mastro’s Ocean Club. As someone who eats halal, it’s rare to find a true fine-dining steakhouse that offers halal options Mastro’s delivers, and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The seafood tower was equally impressive. Service was attentive and polished, and the atmosphere is unbeatable: stunning waterfront views, live music, and an upscale energy perfect for a special occasion. I’ve also been to the Chicago location and the consistency across both is remarkable. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Miami a must for anyone looking for halal fine dining

I’ve been going to Mastro’s for about a year or two since I moved here. By far the best steak I’ve had in Miami. Makes Hells Kitchen look like a Waffle House. The steak is excellent and come in on a hot plate which is how it always should be. I usually sit at the bar where I’ve made friends with the bartenders and they are always super nice. Danielle is truly the best behind the bar and makes me feel like I’m at my hometown bar. The manager Nick is also a great dude and has accommodated for me and the people I’ve brought for dinner. This is truly my favorite place to go in Miami.

Finally made it to Maestros last night after hearing so many great things about it. The location is beautiful, the views are stunning, and I enjoyed the live music. Unfortunately, the food and service were extremely disappointing.
I ordered the tuna tartare and hamachi sashimi. The tuna tartare was okay, but I expected much better given the restaurant’s reputation and pricing. The hamachi was concerning. It smelled old and not fresh. I didn’t even finish the dishes.
Being a Wednesday during off season, the restaurant was very quiet but our server was very absent. She took our order, our food was delivered, and then we never saw her again. She did not check whether we were enjoying our food, ask whether we needed anything else, or give me an opportunity to address the issue with the fish. I ultimately had to ask another employee to bring us the check. A manager also never stopped by.
I expected this to be a high quality dining experience, especially at this price point, but the food and service was underwhelming .

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Mastro’s Ocean Club. The attitude toward people here was shocking, rude, and completely unacceptable.
I walked in and simply asked for a glass of water. They refused. Then I said I was willing to buy a bottle of water, and they still would not allow me to buy one. After that, I asked if I could at least use the restroom, either to get some water there or simply use the bathroom. They refused again and told me the restroom is only for guests.
On top of that, the place had an unpleasant smell, and the attitude of the staff was just as bad. For a restaurant that presents itself as high-end and charges premium prices, the way they treat people is embarrassing.
I understand that restaurants have policies, but there is a huge difference between having rules and treating people with zero respect or basic human decency. I was not asking for anything complicated. I asked for water and access to a restroom, and the staff acted like I did not matter.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are many other restaurants in Miami where people are treated with respect. This place clearly does not care about people, only about appearances.
