First of all, if “our feedbacks are important to you and you want to make it right” MAKE IT RIGHT! My family and I came here yesterday around 6:30 PM while celebrating my mom's birthday on vacation, and unfortunately it was the worst customer service we've experienced in Miami. The employee who identified himself as the manager told us he would be right back to seat us, so we stood at the entrance waiting for about five minutes. While we were still waiting to be seated, I asked if I could use the restroom. Instead of simply helping us get seated or politely explaining the policy, he repeatedly told me to walk to the public restroom and kept focusing on that instead. He also said we could use the restaurant's restroom once we were eating. That made no sense because we were still waiting for him to seat us. The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative. When we asked who the manager was because of how we were being treated, he told us he was the manager. The restaurant was completely empty while the surrounding restaurants were busy, and after this experience, I can understand why. We left without eating and spent our money elsewhere. First impressions matter, and this experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner for my mom. I hope ownership looks into how guests are treated because no customer should be welcomed this way. EDIT: I just looked at the previous reviews and noticed one from only 16 hours before mine describing the same issue with the manager, Raul. It was another family who was also trying to celebrate a birthday. I really hope the owner addresses this situation because Raul is hurting the customer experience and giving the restaurant a bad reputation. Plenty of bad reviews about him, not sure why he’s still employed there, but his bathroom obsession is not really cute!

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared because it was completely unnecessary. My family and I visited LandShark Bar & Grill at Bayside Miami while celebrating my mother’s birthday. Before our cruise, we stopped in, ordered drinks, spent some time there, and I used the restroom without any issues. After returning from the cruise a few hours later, I walked back in because I needed to use the restroom again. As I entered, I politely nodded at the gentleman standing at the front. Instead of greeting me with a simple “Hello” or “How can I help you?”, he immediately said, “Can I help you?” in a rude and confrontational tone. I explained that I was just going to use the restroom again, and his response was, “Well, I don’t know you.” There is nothing wrong with an employee asking why someone is entering the restaurant. The problem was how it was done. A smile, a polite greeting, and a respectful question would have completely changed the interaction. Instead, I was made to feel like I had to justify my presence the moment I walked through the door. When I asked to speak with the manager, he pointed to his badge and said, “I am the manager.” His name is Raul. I asked if there was anyone above him on duty, and he said no. I later spoke with the bartender, who was professional, apologized for what happened, and even offered me a complimentary beer. I appreciated his effort because he understood what customer service looks like. Unfortunately, the manager did not. As a customer walking into your establishment, I shouldn’t feel like I have to defend why I’m there before even being greeted. A manager’s job is to welcome guests, provide great service, and represent the business professionally—not make customers feel unwelcome. What made this even more disappointing was that my family witnessed the entire interaction. This happened during my mother’s birthday celebration, and instead of leaving with great memories, we left talking about how poorly we were treated. Business owners should know that experiences like this are exactly why customers stop recommending a business. One rude interaction can cost repeat customers, referrals, and damage a restaurant’s reputation over time. I do want to recognize the bartender for handling the situation professionally. He did what he could to make the situation better. Unfortunately, the manager did the opposite. I hope ownership takes this review seriously and addresses how guests are greeted and treated. Customer service starts with leadership, and leadership sets the tone for the entire restaurant. I would welcome the opportunity to see this location provide the level of hospitality that customers deserve.

You get a 1 Star I had an extremely disappointing experience at LandShark Bar & Grill, in Bayside Miami FL. and the biggest reason was the way I was treated by the manager, Raul. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to resolve the situation, he came across as confrontational and uninterested in providing good customer service. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel welcome, but this experience was the exact opposite. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on his mind. A simple conversation could have resolved the issue, but Raul's approach only made things worse. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this location. There are plenty of restaurants that value their customers and know how to handle concerns respectfully. I won't be returning. I would also advise anyone to steer far from this establishment due to his negativity.

Had a great time at LandShark! Raul provided exceptional service and made the entire experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. If you’re visiting LandShark, definitely ask for Raul—you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back!

The Worst Restaurant Experience of my life! From the time we sat down, everyrhing was moving slow. I had to walk up to reception to advise them that no one had come to our table to take care of us. Once we ordered, the food took over 25 minutes. The Restaurant was NOT BUSY. I went and advised the Manager (RAUL) . As we walked back to the Table, RAUL Had a real bad attitude. The food finally showed up. I said we'll take it. Raul Said : NO, Return the food. My Grandson was Hungry. We had to leave and eat elsewhere. That is what bothered me the most. A Kid had to suffer.... *THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!* I Would Never expect that from a Restaurant in BAYSIDE. *Never going there again* Tha Manager (RAUL) needs to be trained on how to handle customers better. If I could give ZERO Stars , I would.
