  The door was locked on Sunday July 12th at 8:00pm on the dot. I thought the hours were until 9pm? Every time I try to come to this location there is always nonsense with the business hours.

  Ordered at 12:59 and they haven't even left the store with my order yet. I had to cancel and request a refund. This is unlike Jimmy John's standard of service.
