- DGDaniel gorisAug 15, 20261.0First time at Jamba Juice, I hoped for better. Ordered three drinks ( two smoothies and a strawberry lemonade mix thing they had.) Asked for strawberry in one of my smoothies and proceed to wait for my order. 10 minutes after the fact, they tell me they don't have strawberry puree for the lemonade. I tell them that its okay I'll just get the refund for it. The female older worker says okay that's fine and than proceeds to make the lemonade with strawberry they didn't have......to then not put strawberries in the smoothie I requested to add. And to top it all off, it takes 20 minutes. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
