I am going to give 2 stars , ordered a toston that they promote on instagram and was not availlable , ordered a new york steak and was “out of stock” i can understand you run out of an item when the restaurant is full but it was empty, food took forever to come out ( yes with an empty restaurant) leche de tigre was warm ( not good this is fish) they promote items on their instagram that are not even on the menu, you cannot run a restaurant remotely , it needs owner presence , i dont think i will return this was my second visit and nothing changed from the first

The food was amazing and delicious. The sushi rolls 🍣 were my favorite part. My family also enjoyed the camaron soup 🍲. The ceviche trio was a blessing, and the chicharon with guacamole a delight. The service was perfect, even though they were having a private party and the restaurant was busy at that time. Alenny, our waitress, was very professional and attentive.
We couldn't have dessert, but next time we will try it.

Hoy estuvimos en Inka Nikkei de Kendal. La atencion del muchacho su nombre Amado, excelente atencion Nos dio recomendaciones y sugerencias de los platos una atencion espectacular, la.comida, para que decirles fuera de orbita. Super recomendado, pregunten por Amado que la atencion y el trato es de otro nivel. Las muchacha que lo asistio Paola también muy atentas siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos confortables . Gracias Amado por hacernos sentir tan bien, definitivamente regresaremos y traeremos más comensales.

We always like to support new business. Inka Nikkei came on my feed and we decided to give it a try.
Totally disappointed. Service is atrocious at best. Complete and utter disorganization. Hostess is extremely rude. She was turning away everyone without a reservation in a very despective manner. And if you did have a reservation, she told you in the same despective attitude that it means you were put on a waiting list for a table.
After waiting for 30 mins AFTER our reservation time, a couple comes in, same number of people as us, and gets a table right away. The hostess basically gives our table.
Our table was ready since we walked in! She didn’t bother to ask for our name or how many in our party. She thought we were four instead of two!
We asked for the manager and her solution was either go to the bar or wait for a table to open up.
After 10 mins or so of waiting additionally, we were able to be seated.
5-10 mins go by, and nobody bothers to even greet us! By the time the waitress greets us we are ready to order just to find out the physical menu the hostess gave us is obsolete and only the online is actualized. Lovely. Not sure why even hand out a menu.
We order Coke Zero, which we were promptly told they don’t have, only Diet Pepsi. Sure we said. If that’s all you have. But miraculously, two coke zeros appeared. Seems they were in the back, but we were told no coke products, instead Pepsi.
We ordered la parrillada Inka Nikkei. It took 51 minutes to come out. Yes, I timed it with a stop watch. The sides came out first, but were cold by the time the meat came out. The maduro, was burnt, I didn’t even try it.
We ordered the churrasco and Picanha medium. But we got rare, well done, and charred. Chicken, I think it was chicken was undercooked. Took one bite and left it. Pork belly was edible, I’ll leave it at that.
Overall the entire parrillada was incredibly greasy. That’s honestly all I tasted.
The manager, which also did not give us her name, as a “gesture” of her kindness did not charge us the service fee. Seems the service fee is included regardless of the size of your party.
Needless to say, first and last time.

Quiero empezar destacando el servicio espectacular, 5⭐️, si bien la muchacha que nos atendio no tenia todas las respuestas en los detalles de la preparacion de los platos ella hizo todo lo posible y mas para ir y venir con las respuestas y tenernos contentos. La ambientación del restaurante con motivo del mundial y la musica otras 5⭐️.
Ahora, en lo que respecta a la comida, nuestra experiencia general es de 4⭐️ que no esta mal. El Tempura roll que pedimos de entrada, muy bueno, el tallarín verde con Lomo Saltado estaba también muy rico y de porción muy generosa, el Pulpo a la parrilla, rico pero normal, ha podido estar mejor y si no vas a comer mucho esta bien por que el plato no es muy grande. Los 2 trios que pedimos, uno con Causa y el otro con Chaufa, no estuvieron espectaculares ya que el plato que fallo en el trio fue el ceviche, que estuvo regular hacia insípido, falto de cítrico y falto de fuerza, falto de sabor. Eso si, el Chaufa que venia con el trio estaba muy rico pero, por el ceviche no pediría un trio nuevamente. En términos generales una buena experiencia. Volveré.
