  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Holy Bowly today. I came in with my Service Manager from Alsco, Albert, and from the moment we walked in, everything was top tier. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fresh, and you could instantly tell there is real passion behind this place. I ordered The Breakfast Wrap with marinated steak, eggs, and home fries and wow… absolutely incredible. The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the home fries tied everything together. Every bite was packed with flavor. You can genuinely taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. This was one of those meals where you keep talking about how good it is while you’re still eating it. What really made the experience stand out though was meeting the owner, Hector. He was unbelievably friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he has built. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference and is honestly rare to find these days. Places like this deserve support because they are doing things the right way, amazing food, incredible service, and genuine people behind it all. Highly recommend Holy Bowly to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast or lunch spot. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

  Great new place. Staff was super friendly. The food was fresh and I really like the menu. Great option in the area for a fresh healthy meal and good sized portion.

  First time trying this place and it did not disappoint!! The food was delicious and the man who helped us i’m assuming is the owner was so welcoming!! Definitely coming back.

  Great food. Everything has been delicious. Great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Perfect place to stop for a quick bite
