  Stopped by the Häagen-Dazs shop on the 3rd floor of Brickell City Centre and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and super quick with the order despite the steady afternoon crowd. The Scoop: You can't go wrong with their Pistachio ice cream, it’s wonderfully creamy with a rich, authentic nut flavor and plenty of real pistachio pieces mixed throughout. Packaging & Convenience: Served fresh in neat, stacked cups with clear dome lids, making it super convenient to grab and enjoy while heading down the escalators or strolling through the mall. If you're shopping in Brickell and need a quick, sweet pick-me-up with great service, this spot is a top recommendation!

  I like it, but they do not show the prices, so you have to ask, which might you feel uncomfortable.

  Horrible service They close at 11 but they start cleaning at 9:30pm So if you want to order something that needs a machine that it’s already clean they say it’s not available.
