Let's begin with this location is new. So maybe they don't have it all together as of yet. So I'll try the fort Lauderdale location since they have been open for a while. " The next time". So if you are planning a birthday at this location make sure the information is emailed to you. We made reservations for happy hour on a Saturday from 5 to 8. The reservation were made in person for a birthday. Once we arrived they said happy hour was only Monday to Friday. We decided to stay and give the place a chance . The area that our tables were in was hot and they had a commercial floor fan. Since our party was a 12 top we were hoping the fan would help. But it didn't. We order drinks and food. Ten minutes to eight PM the manager has requested for us to leave , not knowing that we had ordered additional drinks. When he saw the drinks arrived, he looked embarrassed and offered those last drinks on the house. So we paid our over $800 tab and stepped outside to finished our drinks. So if you are planning to have an event here make sure you're get it in writing. Overall they food was ok, atmosphere was hot (inside), waitress was nice and accommodating. I'll give this place a solid 3.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server Sandra, and the staff. From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. They checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by Sandra again!!

I went to Tiesto Cafe, a place I have always enjoyed because the food is good and the staff usually treats us very well. However, yesterday was my first experience at the new location, and unfortunately, it was not pleasant. I went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. When I asked about the music because the soccer game was on, the waiter’s first response was, “I don’t know, the soccer game is on.” My husband does not like sports, and although I understand that the World Cup is taking place, I do not think that was an appropriate response. I ignored it at first because I planned to stay and enjoy the evening. After we ate, I became frustrated because I did not go there to watch sports; I went to relax and celebrate. I did not feel comfortable because there was no music at all. Many other restaurants and bars play music while still showing sports on the screens. When I asked for the bill, the real problem started. As I was paying, the waiter came over and told me how much tip I should leave, insisting on the highest amount. He started arguing with me because I did not want to leave the amount he expected. This has never happened to me before with any of the female servers. I usually leave good tips, but I am not going to leave a large tip when I did not enjoy my experience. The waiter stood very close to me and my credit card while telling me how much I should pay. I felt this was very disrespectful. The tip was not included, and while I understand that customers should leave a tip, I did not feel comfortable leaving almost $40 in gratuity after having such a disappointing experience. In conclusion, I felt pressured and disrespected as a customer. The waiter’s behavior made me feel as though he was trying to force me into paying an excessive tip. This was my husband’s birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the poor service and the inappropriate way the tip situation was handled.

Apparently this is a new location for Tiesto Miami at 2501 Biscayne Blvd, but they still have NOT updated their location on Google Maps. We had a large group reservation of 15–20 people booked weeks in advance, and many of our guests were sent to the old location because of the incorrect information online. It created complete chaos before the event even started. To make matters worse, we were originally told parking would be free until 5 PM, but that was not true. We also specifically reserved indoor seating, but once our guests started arriving, we were suddenly told there was a private event and no indoor space was available for us anymore. When we finally arrived at Tiesto Miami, no manager or shift lead provided any real solution or assistance. Communication between the staff was completely inconsistent every employee was telling guests different information, which only added more confusion and frustration for everyone involved. On top of that, I originally ordered a rosé wine but canceled it and switched to a Corona instead. The server still brought both drinks to the table. I had stepped away to the bathroom, and when I came back both drinks were sitting there even though one had been canceled, forcing them to take one back afterward. One thing I can definitely say about Tiesto Miami is that there is absolutely no organization. The staff seriously needs retraining so everyone is on the same page and giving guests accurate information. This entire experience was stressful, disorganized, and unacceptable especially for a reservation planned weeks in advance. Absolutely no communication or coordination among their staff. The music was good, and the hookah service was on time, but I would not recommend booking reservations for events unless they start using proper event contracts. It was brought to my attention that some of our guests were informed there was no seating available inside because not everyone in the group was purchasing bottles. Unfortunately, this created a negative experience for our party. If the concern was related to bottle service, this could have been approached as a sales opportunity instead. Staff should be trained on how to properly upsell bottle service, add-ons, or other offerings that could help increase revenue while still making guests feel welcomed and valued. We were actually considering purchasing more bottles, but the way the situation was handled and communicated was unprofessional and poorly executed. I do not work in the food/restaurant industry but I have a good idea on the concept of how things should go. The service needs more attention on speed, sincerity, and communication making sure there guest feel welcome at all time.

This place has completely gone downhill since they moved to a new location. Even with a large party of over 15 people, they refused to seat us inside in the scorching heat, claiming they were “booked.” The inside was empty except for a few of their friends. In order to be seated inside, we had to buy bottle service, which was outrageous, but we were fine with considering the heat and we were still forced to sit outside. The first drink I ordered, a tres leches espresso martini, was awful and I had to send it back. They later admitted they accidentally switched the coffee liquor with soy sauce. I tried a mojito, thinking it would be hard to mess up, but it tasted strange, like it had flavored water or something bitter and didn’t drink it. I ordered two more drinks inside, which were better, but I still felt completely ill even after only 2 drinks. The alcohol they used was incredibly cheap as I had a splitting headache. As someone who frequents lounges in Miami often, this was definitely the worst alcohol I’ve ever had. And the service was terrible. They were slow and arguing with us about which bar we were supposed to buy from. I’ve never been to a restaurant where we were forced to buy from one bar or another in a restaurant with multiple bars. After two hours of sweating profusely and arguing with the staff, they finally let us in. By then, a good chunk of the party had left because we hadn’t even placed food orders in the fiasco. Never again.
