  Awful experience at this location. I used toast tab to place an order and got a confirmation number and my credit card got charged. But the manager of this franchise location said they never received the order. Filed a complaint against them with the corporate. Absolutely clueless people running the shop! Very unprofessional behavior from the manager !! Seeing past complaints from many customers and still no improvements. Avoid this place at all costs!

  Probably the worst Einsteins I’ve been to. Coffee is burnt and bitter. Bagel sandwich cold and not toasted. Disappointing for a place that I find to be typically consistent.

  The manager was literally the worst manager and customer service rep I’ve experienced in my entire life. My wife ordered an iced latte. It came out hot. She took it back to the counter and all this manage would say is that is how it was put in as the order. But she never looked at the order. My wife even asked if she could just get some ice added and was met with a no, you get what you ordered. So ordered it iced. I heard her. Is it our fault the person taking the order didn’t enter it right? Then to be met with such terrible customer service was outrageous. My sandwich was a little dry. So I asked for some spread. Same lady said no. I told her I’m happy to pay for it and she reiterated, no. Very lucky thing this place is in the airport and gets constant new customers or something t would go bankrupt. Count your blessings and know, this owner is ok employing such a terrible manager and person.
