Went there for the Sunday Brunch and 2 passes plus drinks formula was about $500, now was the service worth it ? Yes, our waitress was very nice, very attentive, made sure we our glasses were filled and table cleaned at all time. The food selection however was a bit disappointing: you have a pasta station where they display all types of pastas, but only are available a mushroom risotto and a ravioli dish, I asked the lady and she said the different pastas are just displayed for decorations 😞 The crab claws are very tiny and there was no utensils provided to break them up so you couldn’t get all the meat out without making it messy so less enjoyable. The salad bar looks unappetizing. The outside grill had a ok steak but overcooked Prawns… Desserts were excellent ! They had 2 singers that played a few songs it was nice, but they don’t perform the whole time. Overall it’s a nice experience, you are at the 4 seasons, but they need to improve the food for that price point, especially since there are so many new brunch places in town

The Edge brasserie is a refined restaurant with a calm atmosphere. Perfect for business lunch and dinner. (The lights are dimmed and the ambiance is more elegant for dinner) There are two semi private rooms for private business meetings and incentives. A curated menu with various dishes. The must try is their tomato soup, their beetroot and goat cheese salad along with their beef tartare. Overall a pleasant location in the bustling neighbourhood of Brickell.

We had an underwhelming experience at the Sunday Brunch Buffet. Tomahawk steak was tasteless and tough as shoe leather. Their prime rib was so overcooked that it was brown in the middle. No pink at all. The stone crabs claws were small and not of the freshest quality. The only good offering was the paella. The pastries tasted stale. Croissants had a gummy center. Service was subpar. There were many dirty plates piled up on customers’ tables. All in all, a very disappointing experience for the price.

I recently visited Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar and it felt like a sophisticated escape right in the heart of Brickell. Located on the rooftop of the Four Seasons, the restaurant offers beautiful views of the Miami skyline and a stylish open-air terrace that makes the whole experience feel relaxed yet upscale. The menu is inspired by a French brasserie, featuring classic dishes like onion soup, beef tartare, and beef Wellington, along with fresh seafood and creative cocktails. Everything tasted refined and well prepared, and the presentation felt elegant without being overly formal. One highlight is their famous Sunday brunch, which includes a raw seafood bar, grilled meats, pasta stations, and a wide variety of desserts. The atmosphere during brunch is lively and social, making it a great place to relax with friends or celebrate something special. Overall, Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar delivers a polished dining experience with great food, cocktails, and views. It’s a perfect spot in Brickell if you’re looking for a classy brunch, a business lunch, or a stylish evening drink.
