No me dieron el recibo y ni el vaso ni la bolsa de comida tenían la etiqueta de la orden. Trabajé en esta industria, así que sé cómo funciona el sistema. The employees who usually work here are friendly, and I’ve never had any issues until today. Today there was a new female employee at the drive-thru window wearing a gray shirt, and she charged me more than I normally pay for the exact same order. I order the exact same items every single day, so I know what the total should be. I also checked the menu prices online, and they haven’t changed. I didn’t ask for a receipt, and one wasn’t offered to me, so I couldn’t verify the charge afterward. Still, I know what I usually pay, and this amount was higher than normal. This experience left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Whether it was a mistake or not, overcharging customers is unacceptable. But when I checked my card, I saw that SHE DID INDEED OVERCHARGE ME, and that confirmed that this woman SCAMMED ME. She's new here because I know all the other guys, and they're all very nice.... IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE

The Manager Jennifer is so sweet and her team is amazing. They have never messed up an order. I’ve been through multiple management teams at this Dunkin since they opened, and I can tell you that there was once a time where I avoided this Dunkin completely but ever since Jennifer took over it is amazing. The service is amazing. My orders are always right. I don’t have a single complaint
