- JHJoshua Humphrey5 days ago2.0When I walked in the food prep was sitting down. Which threw me off because Normally, there’s a pretty long line. I’m also assuming at 6 o’clock the line wouldn’t be that long however, being the only customer in the store I would’ve expected my food to come out spectacular. Pinecrest bakery was right next-door and they were tons of people over there back to the food. $14 for croissant and coffee. Croissant was hard as a rock and literally hard on the bottom I threw it out. I haven’t tasted the coffee yet because I needed to write this review. I will be going to Pinecrest bakery next time. I won’t add a photo. I would say once the people got up they were pretty nice. The bathroom was open and I could see the toilet when I walked in, which is very uninviting. I’m done ranting just go to Pinecrest bakery and have a great morning.

For some reason they prioritize the people who have the time to order at the register instead of those who are in a time constraint, hence the reason for ordering online. Bathrooms are always atrocious and the only way to get in is to ask a staff member to open it: which they don't even bother telling you it's a one person stall and someone is in there. They opened the door anyway and I walked in on a man on the toilet.

If I had to guess, this location must lose hundreds of thousands each year on comped food. I’d put the likelihood of getting a fully correct order from this location at about 30%. I’d suggest ordering from another location on Uber Eats to the extent available.
