The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were bothering them just for placing an order. There was no greeting, no basic respect, and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable from start to finish. The order took far longer than it should have, and when I politely asked a question, the response was dismissive and disrespectful. The place also felt poorly managed, with employees more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. I understand places can get busy, but there is no excuse for treating paying customers with such a lack of professionalism and courtesy. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. Management seriously needs to retrain the staff and improve the customer experience at this location.
