  Dirty place. Doughnuts are old even if it's morning time. Service is the worst you can get. Even if you greet employees, they don't answer or greet customers.

  It’s sad this is the only Dunkin in the area. Absolutely terrible wait times for a simple coffee. Not acceptable

  I come to this dunkin' donuts every morning. Their service is really bad. The employees are very rude i saw two homeless people sleeping on the chairs. I will never come back to this dunkin'.Donuts corporate needs to fix it up

  Food is regular Dunkin quality. Service isnt top of the line, but is good enough. Atmosphere is rush hour is crowded. And other times quiet. Could use a good cleaning.

  Never mind the fact that you won’t be greeted and are instead met with grumpiness and attitude, or that it once took 25 minutes to get a small cup of coffee. What was most bothersome was the ignorance and lack of common decency from one of the employees (I didn’t get her name, but she was the larger of the two women working). While I was ordering, an older gentleman asked for a cup of water so he could take his medication. The cashier told him it would cost 54 cents. I offered to add it to my order. Although there was a long line of people waiting for their orders, there was no one behind me waiting to order. I even asked the 10+ people waiting if they would mind letting the gentleman get his water first—everyone said they had no problem with it. Despite this, the employee insisted he would have to wait. The cashier was standing there doing nothing, yet wouldn’t take a few seconds to pour a cup of water for him. After a brief exchange, the cashier finally gave the gentleman his water—but only after unnecessary resistance. They were prepared to make this man wait 25 minutes (the same amount of time it took for me to get my order) just for a cup of water to take his medication. Several other customers waiting expressed frustration as well, commenting on the poor customer service and saying it wasn’t even worth arguing about.
