  The worst Dunkin’ location ever. The lines are always long. You tell them clearly what you want and they give you whatever they feel like giving. I literally stay in Ives Dairy so I tried giving this location several chances. Now, I would drive to the Dunkin’ in Hallandale and waste gas before I order at this location, that’s how bad it is. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Unfortunately, I’ve given this Dunkin’ at the Ives Dairy location more than enough chances, and I won’t be coming back. The service is consistently slow, even when the location isn’t busy. They make you wait a long time for your order, which causes the drive-thru line to back up and creates unnecessary delays. The iced coffees are also consistently watery and just don’t taste right. They always messed up my order and give me the wrong coffee or they miss to add something I ask for on the first place. I live in the area and have tried this location several times hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it hasn’t improved. At this point, I’ve given this location enough opportunities, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I keep trying to get this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance because it’s within five minutes of our house and it’s just convenient but it’s really not convenient in the aspect that every time we go we’re waiting 15 to 20 minutes and I find that unacceptable for coffee And donuts. I tried going inside and it takes just as long as if I was in the pick up line. The pick up line is always super long, they’re half dead in there and they get attitude. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or what the problem is. One time I tried ordering earlier through the app and I ended up just waiting at the pick up spot. It’s not clean and maintained well inside either so I wouldn’t even want to use the bathroom and this establishment. I also think they lack significant training because I’ve ordered frozen coffee and iced coffee and it does not taste great. I reached out to the manager online one time because I was so frustrated and they told me to come in and ask for a gift card or something which I never did because I’m not gonna be bothered. But after many instances and issues, I decided to leave this online Google review. At this point, I’d rather drive farther or to a different establishment just to avoid it which is a shame because I’m a Duncan girl and this is so close to my house.

  Terrible service. Attendant in the drive thru sounded annoyed. Then before I get to the drive thru window the girl signals me to stop a few feet before (not sure why). Then when I get to the window she doesn’t even know what my order is. I did an online order including munchkins and she asks “what were the flavors?” Isn’t that that suppose to be on my order info?!? My English muffin is then given to me COLD unlike what I asked for which was toasted. Now to not waste food or money I will need to take my sandwich home to toast it myself. Defeats the purpose/convenience of going to DD.

  I live really close to this dunkin donuts and unfortunately its the most convenient place to go to but depending on who is currently working you will either have a good experience or an awful one. Bogenie is a worker there who is constantly rude to customers. She does not greet customers at the drive thru and ask for their order she says "WHAT DO YOU WANT?", instead of asking politely to repeat yourself she says "I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING YOU SAID, SAY THE WHOLE THING AGAIN" so she was pretending to listen while giving her our order. At this point, I was skeptical that she got our order correct, I pulled up at the drive thru window and she says "CASH OR CARD" without repeating the order back or telling me how much the order was. So I tell her as a precaution, "I hope you got the order right" with a nervous smile. She then gets defensive and says "IM VERY SMART THIS IS MY SECOND JOB, I DONT NEED TO DO THIS HONEY." and repeats that she's very smart about 4 times. I receive the receipt and i was charged 55 dollars for 22 donuts. I only ordered 2 and on top of that the drinks weren't even mixed, you can see every layer separated in the 2 drinks we received. She apologizes and lets me know that I have to come the next day in order to get a refund because only the manager can do it. This is a normal experience at this location. I do not recommend coming here, this employee does the bare minimum and is not qualified for a fast food service role. My best bet is to identify who are the bad workers and their schedules so that I can come when they aren't working, the problem is I'm just a regular civilian who just wants a dunkin coffee and donut. I shouldn't have to deal with this. If the manager reads this, please fix your location. I know I'm not the only one that's unsatisfied given the rating of this location on multiple platforms. UPDATE: it wasn't Bogenie she is the manager, everyone just uses her name on their orders and receipt so you never really know who is working your order unless you ask their name. Bogenie was very nice and refunded me the next day. She was the only worker there that knew how to do refunds. I found out from their conversation that she doesn't necessarily HAVE to be the one to do refunds its just that no one else knows how to do it.
