- MPMuffin Pie5 days ago1.0Whew, if I were you guys I would not patronize here. The woman that works there with the glasses, whom have dreads and often works Drive-Thru (Brionshay Mc I think that’s here name) she thinks working in “The Hood” means give your customers poor customer service. She stated on Monday and I quote “these people thinking coming on 62nd and 12th they gone get good treatment baby this the hood, you gone get exactly what The Hood gives, attitude and respect.” People with that mentality shouldn’t be servicing guest of any kind. Today her management called my personal number (got my number from a review I left) and told me I’m banned because I posted about her employee’s poor customer service on social media. @Dunkin Corporate is this how you resolve issues between your team members and patronizing customers ??

The place was empty but no one was taking care of the drive thru. The food and the coffee we ordered was awful. When we finally got our order we had to call them back because they didn’t give us straws for our drinks. Terrible experience. There were 4 cars behind us that just left. Will never go back.
