Every single time, I get incredible customer service. I’ve never actually been inside, so I can’t speak on that experience, but the young lady who usually works the drive-through in the mornings is always so sweet and genuinely makes me feel like family. She has dreads, and I really wish I had gotten her name because she absolutely deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely ask for it next time. I’ve never had a bad experience coming here, and I really hope management sees this and makes an effort to recognize her for the consistently amazing service she provides. Employees like her make a huge difference and are a big reason customers want to keep coming back.

The employee who responded to me did so with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude, as if asking about my order was somehow an inconvenience. What concerned me even more was that while I waited, I observed the same poor attitude toward other customers as well. This wasn’t just one uncomfortable interaction with me; the overall customer service I witnessed was extremely unprofessional. I hope management pays attention to this because customers and delivery drivers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
