You ask for something a certain way and they never make it right and you have to back inside and wait longer for your food. They also charge you specialty donut price for classic donuts like chocolate frosted with sprinkles and when you ask them to change it because they’re overcharging you, they get defensive and say sprinkles make it specialty (lie, look at Dunkin’s website)

Today, Monday, 9/28 at 2:15 PM, I pulled up to a different worker absolutely baffled saying they’ve never had frozen hazelnut coffee looking at me like I’m crazy as if I don’t order this same thing every time I come in. I’m also hispanic in the service industry, but not one lick of English was attempted understood or spoken (what if a customer doesn’t speak Spanish?), he was pompous and rude with a smirk on his face and he refused to even attempt to make my order arguing that they’ve never had that just because he couldn’t figure it out for himself and didn’t feel like figuring it out. I left and won’t be coming back. This is a HUGE problem in the industry in this city and why I don’t come back to places. You’re in the US now. Put some effort into your job and your life, and have pride in what you do and in the job that is paying you just as we all have to do to survive.

We actually brew Dunkin coffee at home. The staff here is so rude. I went inside because my kids wanted to see the donuts. The self order kiosk was broken. I waited more than 10 minutes at the register waiting to be acknowledged. Another customer said hello to them. He was ignored. He left. I finally said, excuse me but I can’t order at the kiosk can you take my order? Yes, we’ll be with you shortly. Lies— another 5 minutes. Completely ignored. It wasn’t even busy when we got there. The staff is rude. They heard my kids saying they were hungry and they just kept processing other orders from the drive thru. If they’re not going to attend the inside, then close the door. I am never coming back. We went to another Dunkin and had the opposite experience. I walked in and was helped in less than 60 seconds.
