  I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! The customer service was honestly so sweet and welcoming. The staff was patient, friendly, and made my whole morning better. They were so nice I even got a free munchkin, which was such a cute and thoughtful surprise! It’s little things like that that really make a difference. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious, and the positive energy from the team really stood out. Definitely coming back!

  Garbage cold sandwich, soggy undercooked hash-browns, and ridiculously rude service. Some items on the menu aren’t available, but are still able to be ordered at the kiosk and mobile app. When we were told they weren’t available, we were denied a refund and told that we “should have checked to see if we had those before we ordered it”. Catastrophic experience. If you are hungry for breakfast in the Miami airport, and this is your only option, just go to the vending machine, it will at least do it’s job.
