Firstly, I ordered on Dunkin’ app; I walked in and saw my order still sitting in the receipt box while taking NEW customers orders before mine. Not to mention, I was in an Uber having to wait for my order, I placed it in advanced so this wouldn’t have happened. The African American female with glasses had a frown on her face, acted confused, was overwhelmed with orders and gave bad attitude. The drink was made lukewarm, the milk was not steamed in my mom’s latte, they had NO decaf whatsoever, no decaf beans NOR decaf iced coffee. Some ppl need decaf for heart problems or have to wait 5-10 mins while my Uber driver is waiting for me, adding costs to my trip. NO apology was given, did not put the proper amount of sweet cold foam on drink, put waayyy too much ice before my mom pointed it out to put less, the syrup was all pooled up on the bottom so can barely taste the pumpkin swirl. The whole thing was an awful experience and now I have to chase down a refund. Total disaster. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ myself, I put on a smile and try to be friendly, this person acted like SHE was doing US a favor, clearly didn’t enjoy her job. Never offered an apology for the lack of decaf, and the LONG wait. I saw customers leave because the line got so long. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!

I paid for a large drink, so I do not understand why requesting less ice means receiving a partially empty cup. If the drink quantity is fixed regardless of cup size and ice level, this should be clearly disclosed before purchase. I would appreciate clarification and a resolution.
