- JMjacslin moralesSep 25, 20261.0Very terrible Customer Service I visited the West Flagler Dunkin’ around 6:30 AM today 9/25/26. There was no one else waiting, and the employees were focused on online orders. I patiently waited for about 10 minutes, but neither employee acknowledged me or took my order. When I asked if anyone was taking orders, one employee it was a an Indian gentleman told me to order online because he was busy and said it was “not his problem.” He also mentioned that they were short-staffed, even though there were no other customers waiting inside. And if I wanted to make a complaint to corporate that he couldn’t do nothing about it And did not take my order. I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, I was the only inside.😑 customers should still be acknowledged and treated with courtesy and professionalism. This was a very disappointing experience.

I came to this Dunkin after the rudest service at another location because my kids really wanted these donuts. And this place really changed my opinion on the brand. - KKKaylaSep 15, 20261.0I was just humiliated at Dunkin in Miami FL today (9/15/2026) I'm currently homeless but whenever I come into the restaurant I ALWAYS buy something, so I'm not just loitering. Yesterday (9/14/2026), I came into the store, ordered a donut and I was allowed or sit and eat whenever I pleased (so kudos to those two younger women). Today, the manager (I don't know her name, but she's short, Hispanic and she has some blonde hair), asked me to leaves the store. I was asked to leave because I had a backpack on my back. And one small to medium sized luddage bag with me. I couldn't completely understand what she was saying, but if I'm a paying customer, regardless of my situation, I should be allowed to sit wherever I choose. Like, I shouldn't have to announce to Dunkin, that I'm a homeless person, and I have to charge my phone to walk 3 hours to the shelter why I have the luggage with me is none of their business whatsoever. I was ultimately asked to sit in a blind spot away from the lerge table, where charging my cell phone was easiest. I will definitely NOT be coming back here. It isn't worth the humiliation.
