After waiting approximately 30 minutes for my order, which included a pizza with Alfredo sauce, I was informed that the store had run out of Alfredo sauce. What is unacceptable is that nobody informed me of this when I initially placed my order. Had I been notified earlier, I could have changed my order or decided not to wait. In addition to the poor customer service, I observed concerning food handling practices. The employee responsible for taking orders and answering the phone was also handling various items throughout the store, including a floor mop used for cleaning. After touching these items, the employee continued preparing food without properly washing their hands. Proper hygiene and food safety procedures are essential in any restaurant. The lack of communication regarding product availability and the apparent disregard for basic sanitation standards made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve both customer service and food safety.
