My order said “ preparing “ way past the pickup window , no one checked to update the app. They had the door wide open with one of the employees walking in and out to the road and on her phone , meanwhile I’m in the car under the impression it’s being made , I then walk in to check and it’s been ready , even under their “warmers” the food came out lukewarm. this place needs an entirely new staff. Even next to trulieve they have a 2.9 star.
