  So I ordered from DoorDash for PICKUP , yes im aware that is a 3rd party , in this situation DoorDash had zero doing , but I still let their customer support know. My order said “ preparing “ way past the pickup window , no one checked to update the app. They had the door wide open with one of the employees walking in and out to the road and on her phone , meanwhile I’m in the car under the impression it’s being made , I then walk in to check and it’s been ready , even under their “warmers” the food came out lukewarm. this place needs an entirely new staff. Even next to trulieve they have a 2.9 star.

  Their phone doesn't work so they cancelled my order when I arrived... angrily too. When I tried to explain they said the wouldn't give me my pizza because they took the order after lobby hours and, after making my whole order, wouldn't let me pay for it and take it because they took my order after lobby hours... The app doesn't say anything about lobby hours.

  hi absolutely terrible experience. I ordered yesterday with my Domino’s reward Parmesan bites and I ordered a large cot pizza. I clearly paid with Apple Pay and I had my receipt in my email. The manager was rude and tried to tell me that I did not pay even though the receipt clearly said paid and my email had shown she was not responsive and didn’t even want to check my email or see what my order had said, very rude. No one should go here at all. This place needs to be either managed or just shut down. It’s absolutely terrible.

  The staff is rude and service sucks. You also can’t seem to find someone that can deliver a pizza without requesting a tip or requesting help from the paying customer.

  I placed an order today for chicken Alfredo pasta and wings, and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The chicken Alfredo was absolutely awful—dry, with almost no sauce at all, nothing even close to a proper Alfredo. The chicken didn’t taste fresh, and the whole dish looked and felt like old, reheated leftovers. The wings were even worse—undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. I didn’t even take a single bite. The moment I opened the containers and saw the condition of the food, I was so disgusted that I threw everything straight in the trash. Total waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
