  Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I placed my order online, I go to pick up my order there’s over five-six employees not one acknowledged me so after about ten minutes of just standing there I finally said can you help me? I was told “ to wait” then after About another ten minutes of just standing there (meanwhile my food is sitting on the pickup table) I was then finally acknowledged only to be asked again “ to wait” in which I said I’ve been waiting and I’m here to pick up my food and he started getting very disrespectful, throwing his hands up in my face , and when I told him he was being extremely unprofessional and that I wasn’t going to argue with him he asked one of the employees to “ just help me” . I truly have no words with how disrespectful and unprofessional that was! I don’t mind waiting, I understand when things are busy but acknowledge me and respect me. There’s also a reason people order ahead of time! I should’ve waited 5-10 mins MAX . You guys can check the camera and see how agressive this man was ! Had the pizza not been for my son , I would’ve asked for a refund and not even taken it! will NEVER order from this location again ! Train your employees !

  I had an amazing experience at Domino’s Pizza in Kendall! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. My order was ready quickly, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and tasty pizza!

  I’ve always ordered from here but it seems the manager they had left and things have taken a turn. I never complain but I spent over 50$ on delivery of a stuffed crust pizza and gave a great tip too, 8$ and I’m literally less than 2 minutes away, the driver was sweet but the people in the kitchen are not working right … just look at the picture and it’s not cause of the drive or the other one would be damaged too and it has weird nasty crap on it too and I only ordered cheese, seriously that manager needs to come back or this place will be closing soon with the quality so low. We had to throw everything out cause even the kids got grossed out
