Called the dominos 5 times to talk about the issue and was put on hold every single time. without even getting a single word in. when i finally spoke to the person he was alone in the store, while they were extremely busy. the poor worker. The delivery guy should not have a job as a delivery person. there were 6 parking spaces and yet he still refused to come up or even wait.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a vegetable pizza with Alfredo sauce, specifically asking them not to use red sauce, and they still got the order wrong. I picked up the pizzas, but I did not get home until 10:00 at night, which is why it took me longer to call and make the complaint. When I finally called, the young man did not even look for my information correctly and told me that I had not ordered the pizzas there. I then searched for the receipt, and he spoke to me in a rude, bullying, and disrespectful tone, saying that the employee who took my order spoke English. I explained to him that I do speak English and that I clearly confirmed three times with the girl taking the order not to use red sauce and to use only Alfredo sauce. Instead of accepting the mistake and trying to resolve the problem, he refused to acknowledge the error and gave weak, unreasonable, and unsustainable arguments that made absolutely no sense. He kept saying there was nothing he could do and complained that I was calling two hours later, without even trying to understand the situation. Honestly, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Having to deal with people who have no ethics and absolutely zero customer service skills was terrible. Horrible experience.

We had very easy communication and he informed us when our food would be prepared. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve received. I feel like other people complaining in the reviews are receiving bad customer service when certain people are on shift. When I went, I received amazing customer service, I’d like to thank the employees when I went, I believe their names were Anthony and Chris.
