  Stopped in for a quick lunch, I typically come here if I have enough time. The manager Joe speaks everytime I’m here. Alex at the bar is the best with making sure you get exactly what you need. The sliders are perfect if you don’t have a huge appetite. Food typically comes out fast This time I tried the cheesesteak egg rolls since I was short on time. Get the egg rolls!!

  I just want to say this is my all time favorite Dave and Buster's. From the staff to management. Especially my good friend Joe. This man is a testament to what customer service is all about. I can't thank you guys enough day in and day out that when I go there I always have a great time. Shoutout to the bartenders you know who you are, best by far. I will continue to see you all until this place cease to exist, now my kids go here as well. Appreciate you all and continue the phenomenal job. Love you guys. Many thanks 🙏

  Mother’s Day, 10:30 pm. Looking for help to reach a prize that was up high, I approached José, who was looking at his phone with his headphones on. I spoke to him in Spanish because he looked Latino and had a Latino name too, and with a really bad attitude he told me that he didn’t speak Spanish, that he didn’t understand me, and that he couldn’t help me. At that moment, I was exhausted after a hard day with my two kids, and it was nighttime. I don’t like conflict, but they should hire people who actually need and want the job. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but he was at work. I didn’t say anything rude to him, it was just obvious from his attitude that he was annoyed I asked for help, probably because he wanted to keep doing nothing on his phone. Jose that have Latino name and probably Latino last name.

  Im diabetic and had an emergency where my blood sugar kept dropping below 59. I asked the hostess (Ale) if I could order food without a table and explained what was happening. She turned around and spoke to her Manager (Evan), he took one look at me and told her to seat me immediately, the waiter (Kelbyn) was there within minutes I explained what was wrong, quickly grabbed me a coke and put out an order of Fries while I waited for my proper order/meal. I dont say this to have people see this and try to use diabetes as a way to get service quickly and take advantage. I simply want to thank and express my gratitude towards the staff for quickly helping me in my situation. I am so grateful for them taking care of me. The manager later passed by my table and checked on me as well. They need to be commended and people need to see that this staff went above and beyond for something/someone they had no obligation to tend to in that manner as the wait time was long. Idk how else to express my thanks to them then letting it be seen by other their awesome act and kindness. Thank you thank you thank you guys for being so damn awesome!

Kelbyn Najarro always greets me with outstanding hospitality and makes me feel welcome every time I visit. I also want to compliment my bartender, Marlon Doma, for providing excellent service and making sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. Most importantly, I want to recognize Joe Rodriguez, who has consistently proven since day one to be one of the best managers. Any issue, which is rare, is always handled professionally, quickly, and with care. The staff at this location is the reason I continue choosing Dave & Buster’s Dolphin Mall every time.
