  We came to this location to play a few games and to redeem 15,400 tickets we had won, and the experience at the prize counter was an absolute joke. Based on our own calculations, we knew we had enough tickets for everything we picked out. However, the male cashier kept setting certain items to the side without explaining why. At the end, he just bluntly said, “Yeah y’all can’t uhhhh get these.” When I called him out and asked why he wasn’t telling us our remaining ticket balance or giving us the choice of what to put back, he claimed my husband "shook his head okay." My husband wasn't even paying attention and pointed out that shaking your head is a yes-or-no motion, not a confirmation. To make matters worse, the cashier tried to keep our game card! We later found out it still had 3,000 tickets left on it. When we just wanted a clear explanation of what the issue was, he caught a massive attitude and aggressively dumped all of our prizes on the counter, and said “ bruh just pick what you want and stop complaining this is Dave and busters be a grown adult about things…” Thankfully, we went to a different cashier right after, and we were able to get EVERYTHING with absolutely zero issues. There was no reason for that first employee to make it such a miserable hassle. Aside from the terrible service, a single margarita here is apparently $28, which is insane considering there is a Fat Tuesday downstairs where you can get a massive drink for the exact same price. The venue was also extremely loud and overcrowded. Skip this place and save your sanity.

  We came to Dave & Buster’s today, and we’re having such a great time! The games are so much fun, the atmosphere is amazing, and having a live DJ here today made the experience even better. The music DJ Alain is playing has everyone in a great mood and really keeps the energy going throughout the whole place. The staff has been friendly, everything is clean, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. This has been such a fun family outing, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a place to have a great time, I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s!

  This is my 13th location and finding this location was not easy. You can't see the sign by the Cheesecake Factory so we parked by Bloomingdales and walked all the way through. Needs better visuals. Miss Yara was so helpful when we first walked in. We had older cards that didn't tap so she exchanged them some could have a good time. She gets 20\10 stars. The young lady at the podium didn't know what non meant, our future... Kelbyn, such a sweetie, couldn't hear well enough to keep our order together but he made it happen. We had a good time

  Came here to watch a game for the World Cup and we had a great time! We were a group of 20 and this was a great choice because of the huge screens, food platters/drinks and games for the kids in our group to play. Although they were pretty busy, our waiter was still very attentive and everything came out great! They also recently renovated and the place looks great/clean. Fun spot to come watch games w family!

  Chicken is great here, kids had a ton of fun and it was a great spot to have a kids birthday at. Manager Joe was very kind and approachable along with his staff. When we walked in earlier to prepare for our party, the hosts and managers that were on site were attentive and made it feel celebratory for the birthday girl. Gabe, our server throughout the birthday was great too.
