We came here after visiting dolphin mall. My daughter had just turned 5 the day prior so we brought her here. It was a Thursday afternoon. Not too packed. The older kids and I had an amazing time also. The only issue was that there were some games that were broken that didnt have signs up. My daughter went to do one of the claw machines and didnt see that there was not a claw until she swiped her card. The food was delicious though.

Kelbyn was are server for the evening and his service was amazing! It was my first time and also my first time around Halloween time. Kelbyn’s recommendations were really helpful and the spooky alcoholic beverages were a big hit for my family and I. I will definitely highly recommend this location for any celebration. Thanks Kelbyn and thank you D&B! Only recommendation I have is for families coming with 9+ parties should have more seating located inside gaming area. Other than that, great job 👍🏼

Been going to this Miami location for the last 13 years. Staff has always been friendly to me and has made the experience great since I was little. The food is always delicious and changes dependent on the season, so there always something new. This location does events frequently for holidays and any sort of special occasion. The event coordinator always sets up new and exciting ideas for frequent customers to never get bored of D&B :). I play only the DanceDanceRevolution machine and it's been a routine in my life for the last 5 years, this location has kept a great effort in maintaining the most they can and it's one of the best cabinets in the South Florida area at this current time. Recently, I have been inviting multiple friends over to play with me, and I've been hosting gatherings of 6-8 people near the machine. Kelbyn has assisted our table several times during these events and has been great in helping us get drinks and food. He always making sure we are ok and doing well, making me really appreciate his care! I expect this location to continue being a staple of many kid's childhoods, and a great place to gather for adults to relax after work with friends or loved ones. With the new remodeling it really has shined more than before. Excited to see what lies in the future.

I had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! The service was amazing from start to finish, and everyone made us feel welcome. I especially want to recognize the manager, Joe Rodriguez. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience. He checked in on us and made sure everything was going well, which really stood out to me. The staff was also helpful and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Joe and his team definitely made our experience even better. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be coming back!

9/26/26 6:35PM Joe Rodríguez, the manager was very helpful resource resourceful, respectful, well educated, good management skills and resolved and was able to de-escalate a situation with the family that tried to kick us out of our spot at a reserved pool table was able to talk to the other party to leave us alone they did their job. He was very respectful. He spoke to both parties and was able to realize that I was not a fault. came up to me and told me if there was any more issues to let them know he just wanted to make sure that my experience was good and I was having a good time and asked about the atmosphere and I appreciate that from a management point. if there’s any issues after this, then I would make another review about it so far so good for right now
