  Horrible experience, they said “the manager makes you pay for an extra spoon” this location needs corporate to come. They charge for water cups, extra caps, or utensils.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. First, they gave me the wrong order, and when I politely explained that my ice cream was not prepared correctly because it was missing part of what I ordered, the employee told me “that’s how it comes” and said that if I wanted anything extra, I would have to pay for it. What made the experience worse was that the three young employees started looking at each other and laughing while I was speaking, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement.
