  The customer service was not great and the place was dirty. Placing a pick up order is a mess because there’s always a crowd of food delivery guys waiting at the entrance. It’s a shame because I was glad to see we had a Chipotle moving into the building.

  This is my 2nd time visiting this location. Once again the restaurant was dirty all the tables were dirty just like my 1st visit. The customer service is non existent no one says hello to be honest no one even gives you eye contact. The Steak was cold and all the specialty drinks are empty as well as all the hot sauces. I have been to many Chipotles in many areas and this is the dirtiest and no customer service location I have ever been too. It's really sad because it has so much potential but the team really needs to either be retrained or completely rehired. I don't even think the manager that was on duty cares because it's impossible she doesn't see the dirtiness or she doesn't really care about her job. Honestly wishing this restaurant gets it together it's so new and in a great location.

  The worst staff I’ve ever seen, who ever does the hiring in that chain needs to go. Also disgustingly dirty, I don’t know how they are open.

  Amazing service from this new Chipotle location! As soon as I walked in, I was helped right away with absolutely no wait. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience really smooth and enjoyable. I ordered a chicken burrito with queso, and the food was really good. The portions were a good size and everything tasted fresh. I do think they could have gone a little heavier on the queso, but it was still delicious and definitely didn’t take away from the meal. The restaurant was moderately busy when I visited, but it was still very clean and well-maintained. I also really liked that the music wasn’t blasting, so it was actually easy to have a conversation and enjoy the atmosphere while eating. That’s something I really appreciate because some restaurants can be way too loud. Overall, I had a great experience at this new location. Between the quick and friendly service, clean environment, good portions, and amazing food, I definitely see myself coming back here in the future. Definitely recommend giving this new location a try. 🌯🔥 (Has low reviews because place was not opened for business yet; but they are now!)

  I placed a scheduled pickup order for 8:00 PM because I work nearby and have a limited amount of time for my meal break. When I arrived, my order was already prepared, but the employee working the pickup area completely ignored the customers waiting to pick up their orders. I understand that employees also have to prepare online and delivery orders, and I appreciate that they’re busy. However, when there are several customers standing there waiting, it’s common courtesy to simply ask for their names or check whether their orders are already ready. Instead, we were ignored while she continued preparing other orders. I had to speak up twice and explain that my order had been scheduled for 8:00 PM and should already be ready. Only then was I finally helped. I ended up waiting around 10 minutes, not because my food wasn’t ready, but because no one was willing to acknowledge the customers waiting for pickup. The attitude was also unwelcoming, which made the experience even more frustrating. I normally enjoy Chipotle, but this location really needs to improve how it handles pickup orders and customer service. If customers take the time to schedule an order for a specific time, that time should be respected.
