  Heavy dude with glasses was horrible, no customer service skills what so ever. Decided to brush off a customer with ignoring them for another associate to help. Not a very good look for Chipotle. Makes me not want to return to the establishment.

  Very disappointing experience. The food was undercooked, and the manager rushed through my order like she was trying to get everyone out of the line as fast as possible. She gave me extremely small portions—basically one quick scoop of everything—while also having a terrible attitude toward customers. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I only get FOUR ingredients in my bowl. I don’t even order a fully loaded bowl, and I paid extra for double protein. Somehow, I still barely had anything to eat and was genuinely left hungry after finishing my entire bowl because of how little they served me. I went back and spoke with Vanessa and the other manager to explain that I had paid for double protein and was still left hungry because of the portions I received. Instead of simply addressing the issue professionally, Vanessa came at me screaming with an obnoxiously loud attitude. The way the situation was handled in front of customers was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. On top of that, employees were in the back eating, laughing, and messing around while there was a line of customers waiting instead of helping get the line moving. For a customer to pay for double protein, receive an undercooked and extremely small meal, leave hungry, and then get screamed at when bringing up the problem is unacceptable. I’m sorry to whoever owns this franchise, because the staff and customer service I experienced were horrible. I definitely would not recommend this Chipotle location.

  1 ⭐️ because the cashier girl was pleasant. The young man in the photo straight no chaser’s RUDE the beans where dried out, I love beans with juice in my bowl. Not many at the time came in so it was enough time to clean. Honey not one time did they wipe down the area. Sorry not sorry can’t eat there anymore.
