  Workers are very slow, did an online order and set the pick up time for 7:10. Had to wait like 20 minutes pass 7:10 for my food to get ready. 0 stars tbh.

  I really like Chipotle as a chain. I live on Miami Beach & I've eaten at all of the venues in the area. My wife and I were at IKEA and needed to grab a bite so we chose the Chipotle right across the street. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was by FAR the best Chipotle dining experience we've ever had. It was actually one of the best experience of any type of "fast food" chain. The establishment was IMMACULATE, including the food prep area(which tends to be messy in a Chipotle). The staff themselves were also IMMACULATE. Their uniforms looked fresh pressed(not that clothing or uniforms are important to me personally but I had to take note). They were authentically cordial. Their kindness & smiles were genuine(especially compared to other chains were you can sense forced nature of their congenialality). They were attentive and knowledgeable which was also greatly appreciated. I went back to tell them how impressed with everything I was. I spoke briefly with the manager Luis and he had nothing but more smiles for me. It was just a GREAT experience all around. If every Chipotle ran like this one they'd be even more successful than they already are. Thank you to the crew for being so professional.

  I work near this chipotle location, so I come here often for lunch. Today my experience for the first time was not the best. I had 2 coupons .. a free drink for my bday and a cilantro sauce. The system was not working & the manager on duty on 06/19/26 @ 1225pm. Was very rude !!! She said I can not get it due to the system being down. My coupons expires tomorrow so if I didn’t use it today I lose it completely. That is ridiculous because we spend money and are signed up members for a reason !! it should not be on customers not being able to use our coupons that we get from purchasing our full price meals just because your system is down . The same way the company is quick to take our payments they should be quick to give us our rewards. Their should have been an override ! The manager said no & rudely told the cashier loud for everyone on the line to hear saying “no coupons work, no scanning” .. this is not how you run KPI, CONVERSION OR give a great customer experience. I am highly upset. To top it off it wasn’t like it was a whole meal! It was a drink and cilantro sauce.
