I work nearby and often stop in for lunch since there are limited options in the area. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. Multiple times I’ve walked in when the restaurant was empty and still waited 5+ minutes before anyone assisted me. My main concern is with the portions. I’m consistently receiving a very small scoop of chicken, barely enough to justify the price. It feels like I’m forced to pay for extra protein every time to get a reasonable meal. For the price, serving a bowl that’s mostly rice with only a few pieces of chicken isn’t acceptable. It’s disappointing, especially since this location has a 2.8-star rating on Google, which seems to reflect the experience I’ve had. I’d like to see improvements in both service speed and portion consistency. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so the location can improve for regular customers like myself.

My roommates and I are dissatisfied with the portions and service everytime we go. This place has been getting negative reviews since they opened and there haven’t been any changes made. The same rude staff works there underserving portions. Did I mention the portion sizes?? I love chipotle but this location is terrible and it’s ridiculous that the chipotle management team hasn’t made any adjustments. It’s to the point where I walk in and leave if I see certain staff working. Do better chipotle
