  The manager at this location a lady she is the worst, always with attitude, her customer service is horrible, always with bad face, we ordered a catering and we asked her if can please speed up a little because I had all my crew waiting… and her response was “it’s not my problem” it is your fault” to come late”. Please someone needs to move there away from management, she is not a people person

  Had a great experience at Chipotle today thanks to Camilo, who was working the line. He was incredibly fast, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. It might seem like a small thing, but his energy genuinely put me in a better mood and made my day a little better. Great customer service deserves recognition, and Camilo definitely deserves it.

  No idea how much money they must be losing, but they skimp out so much on bowls that you may as well not even go. I have never experienced a chipotle skimp out on RICE of all things (giving you a scoop maybe a scoop and a half and asking if you want more), they cut the protein into smaller pieces than normal to give you less, and on multiple occasions I have had to ask for a top-up on my side of queso because they will only fill it 3/4 of the way. Service is horrible (if you’ve been here multiple times you know the 2 people I’m talking about). The 2 stars this chipotle has speaks for itself. Wonder when management will make a change, they need to get rid of that lady and if they are losing money, stop skimping out on food we pay for and figure out another business decision that doesn’t involve screwing customers over

  Portions are terrible. Ask for double chicken and they give you 3 cubes for an extra $3.50. So focused on profitability that they forget about the customer experience. Go down the street to miracle mile if you can. Place is clean.

  Food is always atleast decent. It’s chipotle. However not only do the people here make you feel rushed even when there’s no one else in the store but they just don’t treat you nicely. Won’t even hand you your bowl when you pay for it, just throw the bag of chips to the counter for you. I’ve been to way more chipotles that they treat people nicely and it just is way better. Here though it’s a completely different story. In addition, for some reason this chipotle decides to give you the smallest scoop when it comes to the protein you pick and the most rice you will ever see on a chipotle bowl.
