- DGDaniel GuaschAug 3, 20261.0This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this location and had the same issue. The protein portions are consistently underwhelming. It’s disappointing that I feel like I need to pay for a second serving of protein just to have what should be a normal-sized meal. To make matters worse, the guacamole they served was frozen solid. It makes me question how fresh the ingredients really are when they’re scooping frozen guacamole onto my bowl. I went back to let the staff know, but instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, they just stared at me and handed me another scoop from the same frozen container. This is honestly one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Between the tiny portion sizes and a staff that seems completely uninterested in providing good service, I won’t be returning to this location.

She acted as she didn't know the code. So asked another person and washed my hands. When ordering food, she was at the cash register and that's when she told me she was the manager (how can thr manager will not know the restroom code?) I was going yo redeem some rewards point and showed the QR code and she told me that would only work online. It was obvious that she wanted to give me a hard time because the QR is to show at the restaurant. I know this is not common in chipotles locations, but it should never happen. I will never eat at this location again.

A friend of mine even ordered a cup of protein expecting to be served a good amount but was served one small scoop of chicken that was barely half the cup like seriously? On top of that, some of their staff are rude. I would avoid this chipotle at all costs.

Would not recommend this chipotle (prices also seem slightly higher than others I've been to). It is convenient and close but someone needs to train this staff better. Chips were also stale
