I had to wait 25 minutes passed my pick up time even though the app stated it was ready. They ignored me, continued to serve other people and then when I finally received my food and asked for a side of sour cream every single person told me to ask someone else. In the end I waited 30+ minutes, didn’t get the sour cream OR CHIPS I PAID FOR

Nothing was filled so had to fill the salsa and the guac for my order. Was also told no chips and no steak. This is sad to see this location like this after being so new.

Staff have a glum disposition and often skimp on the topping, especially on the meats, this time the girl literally was shaking pieces of the scoop and left significant spaces in the cup of meat I got on the side. Customers are paying hard-earned money, but they don't care. The bathrooms are dirty and there's garbage everywhere in the dining area.

The staff was unfriendly, seemed annoyed when helping customers, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming. I understand that places can get busy, but being treated with basic courtesy shouldn’t depend on how busy it is. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better customer service in the future.
