  Lady at the front of the store (perhaps a manager or shift leader) was very rude when informing me that the kids meal policy had changed and I was only allowed to get the protein inside of the quesadilla. I understand having policy changes, but it is so unnecessary to belittle customers and be condescending for such a small confusion. quesadilla was mid too

  I ate here and got the most skimpy portions ever. I understood this is policy though as the miserable manager was policing the poor workers on the portions whilst I was eating inside. I heard her screaming at them from the other side of the restaurant. She is so unprofessional and rude to both her employees and customers. Horrible experience

  It’s a true shame that I dislike going to this chipotle location because it’s 5 minutes away from my house. It’s not the food that is the problem it’s the manager/supervisor or what appears to be. She talks down the staff if they serve a little too much of anything. Most of the employees are young adults probably still in high or college. The way she talks to her staff makes me and customers around uncomfortable. Most of the time I don’t ask for a little more rice or whatever I feel was not a enough amount for a serving because I don’t want the manager/supervisor to call the attention to the kid serving the food. That cheap mentality of serving and the poor management is what drives away customers. I truly hope that corporate can turn the story around.

  Food was great but a worker named Alex who is tall, buff build, and short curly hair needs to be fired immediately. I walked into this Chipotle at 8:45pm and didn't leave until almost 9:30pm because of his service. He joked around and had full conversations with the entire closing staff after they repeatedly told him to focus on his job and he did not. There were 5 people behind me waiting and he did not care in the slightest. The customer in front of me was a friend of his and he spent 15 minutes talking with him and taking his time with his food (and also giving him extra portions for free right in front of everyone) and wasted everyone in the line's time. I hope to never see this man working at this location and I will be notifying everyone I know that if they go to this Chipotle location and they see this man there to turn around and eat somewhere else because he does not take anything, especially his job, seriously. Before you guys reply with the same automated crap about “visit our website to file a complaint” just know that I already did that. I’m taking this extra step because I never want myself or anyone else to go through this ever again.
