  Came here for a bow of just rice. Which is something that every other chipotle location does. This is typically $1.50. Two gentlemen and a Lady which might have been the manager said no. We don't do that here. Nope we can't sell you a bow of just white rice. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never coming to this chipotle again.

  Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. There was a cockroach lying face-up on the counter right next to the cashier, and none of the employees even noticed it. I had to point it out to them myself. That is not only unsanitary, but incredibly careless—especially in a restaurant where food is being prepared and served RIGHT ON THE SAME COUNTER. If the staff did not notice a cockroach sitting in plain sight at the register, it seriously makes me question what else is being missed in areas customers cannot see. When I said I did not want to eat the food after seeing a cockroach on the counter, they actually seemed confused—as if I had not just pointed out a serious sanitation issue right in front of them. The complete lack of urgency or concern was honestly just as disturbing as finding the cockroach itself. I did not eat the food I purchased because I no longer trusted the cleanliness of the restaurant, and I am requesting a full refund. I have been going there for years and am honestly disgusted knowing that I have eaten here before. After seeing this firsthand I do not trust this restaurant to maintain a clean or sanitary environment. I will never eat here again. Customers should not have to worry about this kind of sanitation issue when paying for food, nor should they have to convince restaurant employees that a cockroach on the food-service counter is a problem. This was completely unacceptable.

  Los empleados fueron súper groseros y estaban apurados por atender. Estaban jugando entre ellos en la línea, ignorando completamente a los clientes, y al mismo tiempo actuaban como si estuvieran molestos por tener que hacer su trabajo. La muchachita árabe que estaba en la caja fue súper maleducada. Ni siquiera me saludó ni me preguntó si quería algo. Tuve que decirle dos veces que me cobrara una bebida. Después regresé por un vaso y me ignoró hasta que finalmente me dijo: “¿Qué?”. Además, estaban hablando en español sobre mí y obviamente no sabían que yo también hablo español. Soy dominicana y mi idioma principal es el inglés. La actitud que tenían fue súper desagradable y me hicieron sentir que no era bienvenida. 0/10, no lo recomiendo. Si odias tu trabajo, renuncia. Al final del día, es un trabajo que tú decidiste aceptar y tienes que hacer tu trabajo. Y para colmo, ni siquiera tenían hielo. ¡Las bebidas estaban calientes! MENOS CINCO ESTRELLAS!!!

  If corporate is reading this, you guys should really consider getting a new manager. The employees here are straight up afraid to serve a normal amount of food. I watched a guy give me rice like it was gonna cost him his job if he gave one extra scoop. At the end of the day the customer experience is more important than saving a couple grains of rice. Fix the manager and this location fixes itself.
