  Es una falta de respeto la comida que sirven ahí, no vallan a comprar a este chipotle, la calificación es malísima y al parecer a los dueños no les interesa solucionar el problema

  My order was delayed by 1 hour and support was not able to cancel my order or assist me at all. They should have not promised the pickup time they did if they knew they were already backlogged.

  one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had at any chipotle location. the restaurant is constantly 80 degrees or more, an aroma of urine and food (delightful), and the tables plus the floor are covered in food crumbs and unknown stuff. i ordered 30 minutes in advance and waited another 45-60 minutes to get one bowl with 3 toppings. if you were to wait in line, it would most likely also take 30 minutes if there are 5-10 ppl infront of you. i was pushed by multiple delivery drivers who would crowd the pickup line, shoving their phones into the staffs faces and not allowing mobile customers to pick up their orders or customers to fill their drinks. multiple workers were watching as a smaller girl gets essentially shoved/moved around by grown ass men. each of the few times i’ve had the misfortune of going to this chipotle, i have had one or more incorrect items in my order that are rarely ever rectified, even after talking with one of the staff. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

  The place is very dirty and neglected. There is a chaotic atmosphere; the workers are goofing around, shouting profanities, and loudly chatting and laughing about personal matters. We were left waiting for service while the only person attending to customers was wasting time, just like the others. The cashier had a terrible attitude—she practically looked ready to hit us when we didn't understand her as she repeated things. Overall, it is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited.

  Avoid this Chipotle if at all possible. The worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle so far. The customer service is severely lacking and they are obviously not following standards when serving the food. The supervisor is extremely rude. She speaks to you as if you are an inconvenience to her. They are in such a rush to get you out of their sight that they do not add the correct portions to the bowls. You can literally see the spoon is not full and on top of that, in the rush, they drop food before it gets into the bowl. When you tell them, they say it will be double charge. Lady, you're the one not doing your job correctly, slow down and make it right.
