  I placed an online pick up order through the app. Once I arrived at the restaurant it took about 30 minutes to receive the order I had placed over an hour prior. When my order was finally ready, I left the restaurant and came home to find that they had completely forgotten my entire entree of a chicken quesadilla. They also forgot my side of corn. They literally gave me a box with a little side of rice and a little side of beans instead of the chicken quesadilla I had ordered. Extremely disappointed.

  Worst‑run Chipotle in the country. The chicken is consistently burnt into pebble‑sized pieces, the rice is hard, and half the time the items I paid for online aren’t even available. The staff doesn’t inform you, so you only find out when you get home and half your order is missing. I consistently order 15-20 minutes ahead and still arrive to find my food not ready. The pickup‑line staff are extremely rude and standoffish. If you wait patiently, they ignore you completely and let DoorDash drivers skip ahead. If you reach for your order on the wall, they yell at you and demand your name. Other times, you wait and they turn around with attitude, saying “your order is on the wall, you can pick it up.” I've never seen anything like it - just insane.

  I originally went up to the dine in counter and was told I had to do a mobile order because the lady didn’t feel like making my order. This was after waiting in a long line for over 15 minutes. Now I’m still at this restaurant after placing my mobile order on the app. It’s been another 20 minutes. The portion sizes I’m seeing are absolutely depressing. The customer service is terrible. Please do not eat here. I’m disgusted

  This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. The service was incredibly slow despite there being little to no line. My order took far longer than it should have, and to make matters worse, the staff didn't follow the instructions on my order, even though they were straightforward. It's frustrating to wait so long only to receive an order that wasn't prepared correctly. The employees seemed disorganized and inefficient, and there didn't appear to be any sense of urgency. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I'll think twice before returning to this location.

  The workers had nasty attitudes and were horrible at every turn. The rude woman who made my bowl skimped on literally everything, from the rice to the meat, and I ended up with a bowl that had (and I actually measured) 1/8 cup of protein. I had to fight this sad individual for enough rice to even cover the bottom of the bowl, because she decided a sprinkle was good enough. When I asked for regular portions, she said it would be an up charge for everything. While my crappy little bowl was being thrown together I saw other workers dumping ingredients into the containers with zero care; toppings were mixing with each other, strewn about the countertops, and falling to the floor. Disgusting.
