  I'm ordering a $12 burrito and they dont put any meat on it. It's filled with rice mainly but hardly any meat. Very dissatisfied

  No soy de dejar muchas reseñas pero se merece después de dos días largos de cancelar mi vuelo y tener otro retrasado por más de 7 horas salir del aeropuerto con hambre llegar a este lugar en el que te encuentras con muchachos jóvenes y súper rápidos nos atendieron súper era como si supiéran q lo único q queríamos era comer,rellenaron los ingredientes súper rápido por frescos de verdad q muy bien trabajo de parte de todos los muchachos q estaban hay desde el q empezó el proceso hasta el q lo terminó 👌🤗

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any protein ready except chicken, but that the other meats would be ready and cut in about 5 minutes. I waited the 5 minutes, and when I came back to order, I was then told that they still only had the regular chicken available and no other meats. What made the situation more frustrating was that when I asked to speak with the manager, it became clear that the meat was actually ready — it just had not been cut and prepared for customers yet. I had already waited based on what the employees told me, so I felt like my time was not being respected. I became frustrated and decided to leave. The manager did stop me on my way out and apologized for the situation, which I appreciated, but unfortunately by that point the experience had already been ruined. I hope management addresses this with the staff because customers should not be asked to wait for food that is already ready simply because no one wants to prepare it.

  Extremely disappointed with my visit just paid $30 for two bowls that were extremely light on chicken. I walked in and the majority of the protein options had maybe a quarter scoop left in them when I asked if they had any more coming they acted like it was not an option will not be coming back to this location.
