A manager should make customers feel respected, not humiliated or uncomfortable. Three bad experiences is a pattern, not a coincidence. Corporate seriously needs to look into this location and take action.

I bought food here for two 6-year-olds to split, but when I asked for a second cup of tap water, the staff flatly and rudely refused. The employee spoke to me in an incredibly condescending manner, strictly dictating a rigid rule of "one water cup per bowl." Denying a paying customer a simple extra cup for water… especially in the intense South Florida heat is a total lack of basic hospitality and decency. The policy and the attitude were so unreasonable that I actually had to go to other neighboring restaurants in the mall food court just to secure an extra cup. Every other vendor gladly and immediately helped without hesitation. It is incredibly disappointing that a major brand like Chipotle fails at basic human decency and customer service where smaller food court establishments easily succeed. If you are a parent looking for a stressful experience and rigid, unwelcoming staff, this Aventura Mall location is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere in the food court.
