  This is the third time I’ve received horrible treatment from Clara, the manager. She is consistently rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. A manager should make customers feel respected, not humiliated or uncomfortable. Three bad experiences is a pattern, not a coincidence. Corporate seriously needs to look into this location and take action.

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. Clara, the manager, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to me was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. A manager should know how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I strongly believe management needs to address this behavior. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

  Terrible customer service and zero flexibility for parents. I bought food here for two 6-year-olds to split, but when I asked for a second cup of tap water, the staff flatly and rudely refused. The employee spoke to me in an incredibly condescending manner, strictly dictating a rigid rule of "one water cup per bowl." Denying a paying customer a simple extra cup for water… especially in the intense South Florida heat is a total lack of basic hospitality and decency. The policy and the attitude were so unreasonable that I actually had to go to other neighboring restaurants in the mall food court just to secure an extra cup. Every other vendor gladly and immediately helped without hesitation. It is incredibly disappointing that a major brand like Chipotle fails at basic human decency and customer service where smaller food court establishments easily succeed. If you are a parent looking for a stressful experience and rigid, unwelcoming staff, this Aventura Mall location is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere in the food court.

  I had a solid experience at this Chipotle location. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My order came out hot with perfectly seasoned rice, beans, and a generous mix of fresh toppings like corn salsa, pico de gallo, and more. Unlike some other Chipotle spots I’ve tried, this one felt clean and welcoming with no issues like cockroaches or poor hygiene. The ingredients tasted high quality overall. That said, the staff could do better following the standard recipe guidelines. I asked for a bowl. And while the portions look big, they are mostly rice with very little meat. When I specifically requested a half and half of chicken and beef, they gave only about 25 percent of each instead of a proper 50/50 split. Still, I enjoyed the meal and would return for the great flavors and quick service. A reliable choice in the area.
